Tabungan Mestika Batik ( TAMES BATIK ) is a saving program that offers prizes with several advantages as follows :

  1. Offers competitive interest rates.
  2. Free monthly administration fee.
  3. Savings book is provided.
  4. Overdraft Safe Guard (OD Safe Guard) and Sweep are available.
  5. Entering Bank Mestika prize.
  6. Savings with the average balance of Rp 1,000,000,- are entitled to 1 (one) ticket number.
  7. Savings with the average balance of Rp 500,000,000,- per month are entitled to participate in a grand prize draw.
  8. The client gets cashbacks in accordance with his savings amount.
  9. Auto debit is available for PDAM Tirtanadi Medan bills, electricity bills and phone bills (Telkom and Indihome, XL, Telkomsel: Halo, Indosat Ooredoo and BPJS Health and Bank Mestika Virtual Account
  10. Able to do transaction in the whole Bank Mestika offices.

 

Term and Conditions

  1. The client is an individual.
  2. The client shall present a valid original identity card (resident identification card/KTP, driving license, temporary work permit/KITAS or permanent work permit/KITAP.
  3. Submit the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) for photocopying. If you do not yet have an NPWP and have not completed the data matching process, you are required to sign a declaration letter with sufficient stamp duty
  4. The client shall complete an Account Opening Form and Personal Data Form.
  5. The client shall have a minimum beginning balance of RP 100,000,-.
  6. The client shall have a minimum balance of Rp 100,000,-.
  7. The client shall deposit a savings amount for the cashback program and the amount shall be blocked for 1 (one) year.
  8. The client shall have a minimum balance of Rp 1,000,000,- for OD Safe Guard and Sweep.
  9. The client shall show the original savings book and ID card during withdrawals.
  10. Withdrawals by non-client shall be accompanied by the power of attorney with sufficient stamps.
  11. Transactions can be carried out at any time in accordance with the Bank’s operating service hours.
  12. The interest rates are calculated at the end of the month and credited to the savings account at the beginning of the following month.
  13. Tax on interest shall be imposed in accordance with the prevailing regulations.
  14. Transactions which are not printed onto the savings book for 3 (three) consecutive months shall be cumulated into 1 (one) debit/credit transaction.
  15. In case of discrepancies between the balance in the savings book and in the bank’s bookkeeping, the balance shall refer to that in the bank’s bookkeeping.
  16. If the client passes away, the release of the savings by the heir shall conform to the prevailing laws.

Product Risk

  1. When the saving book is lost, then:
  • Customer must close the account at the origin office where customer opens the account.
  • Customer must sign a document which clarifies the lost saving book with sufficient stamp.
  • Customer must open a new saving book as long as customer still joins the program with the cash back gift.
  1. If customer cancels the program with cash back gift before the due date of blocking, then customer must return the amount of nominal cash back which had been accepted.
  2. Bank has the right to block account anytime according to bank judgment because of account’s incompatibility with its profile.
  3. An account that has no activity, such as balance checks, deposits, or withdrawals, for more than 360 consecutive days will have its status changed to inactive on the 361st day.
  4. An account that has no activity, such as balance checks, deposits, or withdrawals, for more than 1800 consecutive days will have its status changed to dormant on the 1801st day.
  5. An account with a zero balance for 30 consecutive calendar days will be automatically closed by the Bank Mestika system.

Costs

  1. Free monthly administration fee.
  2. Auto Debit fee for BPJS health, PLN, PDAM Tirtanadi Medan, TELKOM (Landline and Indihome), XL, TELKOMSEL (Halo), and INDOSAT Ooredoo IDR 2,500 per monthly bill.
  3. OD Safe Guard & Sweep fee is Rp 1.000,- per day.
  4. Cumulative transaction printout is Rp. 10.000, - per page
  5. Account closing fee is Rp. 100.000, -
  6. Inactive administration fee Rp0,-
  7. Dormant administration fee Rp0,- per month ( the average monthly balance less than Rp500,000,- )
